Let's Get Real  - let's talk real food. It's safe to say this wholefood movement is NOT a fad or just a trend, things are really changing. Which is fantastic! More & more people everyday are becoming aware of what they are putting in their mouths. Everywhere we look we are seeing new ways to get real whole foods into our diet, smoothie bowls being just one of many new fun foodie trends. The days of boring granola bowls are behind us, and bloggers, foodies, natural food chefs & more are coming up with creative ways we can actually enjoy and get excited about these healthy foods. We want to support your healthy eating habits and not only provide the ingredients to make these fun meals, but also inspire you to make them! Healthy eating should be nutritious, convenient and satisfying. So satisfy those cravings and try out this Smoothie Bowl our kitchen made up! It's more then just a pretty dish ;)

 

Almond Chocolate, Banana Smoothie Bowl

2 Whole Frozen Bananas

3/4 Cup Almost Milk

1/2 Cup Cacao Powder

1/4 Cup Hemp Protein/ Powder

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

1/2 Tbsp  MCT Oil

>>> Blend really well in your mixer & then our into your dish of choice.

Top With

1/2 sliced banana

1/2 Cup Granola of choice (we used Kind Peanut Butter Granola Cereal)

1 tbsp Cacao Powder dashed on top

1 tbsp Honey drizzled over top

dash of cinnamon
