Real Wholefood Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to pack in some extra nutrients & get a good quick meal in a pinch. This is my favourite Go-To smoothie. Enjoy!

 

Melissa's Green Go-To Smoothie:

1 Banana

1 Apple (with peel, no seeds)

1 Peeled Lemon (remove seeds)

2 Handfuls of Spinach

8 leaves of Fresh Mint

2 Cups Pure Coconut Water (with or without pulp)

1 Cup Filtered Water

2 tbsp Hemp Hearts

2 tbsp Dark Maple Syrup

Method: add everything into the blender & whip it up!
