Quinoa is packed with fibre, protein and a multitude of minerals & B-Vitamins. It also makes a great gluten-free option to wheat, barely and other products that contain gluten.  

Kale is also a great source of protein, fibre and contains A,C & K vitamins! 

This salad is simple & is sure to win you over!
